Currently, we do not offer the option to exchange items for a different size or item. If

you wish to receive a different size or item, we recommend returning the items. If the

return complies with our conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can

then place a new order for the desired item.

Please send us an e-mail about the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of receipt. The items should be unworn and have all tags attached. They must be in pristine condition without any signs of use. Trying them on is allowed, of course.

Return costs vary by country but in most cases returns are free of charge. Please send us an e-mail stating your order number and which item(s) you wish to return. We will then asses your claim and if approved by us, we will send a link for creating a return label.

We understand that you expect your ordered items to arrive undamaged.

If your order does get damaged, for example, during shipping, please report it to our customer care department by mail.

We will address your message within 48 hours and provide a suitable solution.

If something is not to your satisfaction or if you have a complaint, please send us anemail. To help us handle your complaint as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask youto include photos of the issue along with your order number or proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt or a bank transaction).

We will process your complaint immediately.

Please note: All Sant Roq garments come with a care label containing maintenanceinstructions.

Complaints resulting from improper care will not be processed.
